History of Goldstar

◆In 1992, it took lead in introducing ultrasonic cleaning technology to replace organic solvent, and then promoted such practice in the ion plating industry;
◆In 1993, it took lead in applying ultrasonic to metal derusting, scaling, and thus got free from strong acid pollution, and acquired the patent for the ultrasonic equipment for the comprehensive treatment of metal surface.
◆In 1994, it successfully developed IGBT power supply with high reliability; and its core parts made entirely in China—transducer started to be exported to Japan and Southeast Asia;
◆In 1996, it successfully developed 80KHz high-frequency ultrasonic cleaning equipment and launched such in the high-end international market; the equipment has been included in the Selected Chinese Scientific & Technological Achievements During Eighth Five-Year Plan Period;
◆In 1997, it improved the technology and equipment for the recovery of the low-pollution cleaning agent replacing strong acid;
◆In 2001, it invented the ultrasonic powder sieve machine for metallurgical and pharmaceutical industry, for which it obtained a national patent for invention;
◆In 2003, it developed new ultrasonic equipment to remove and clean the carbon deposit in the internal cavity of the main fuel pipe of engine; such equipment and technology was initiated by Goldstar in China;
◆In 2004, it developed JZG-27 ultrasonic cleaning equipment for the charging pipe of rocket propellant for the satellite emission center for corrugated pipe cleaning, and in this way made contribution to Chinese aeronautic and astronautic undertaking;
◆In 2005, it successfully developed multi-frequency ultrasonic cleaning machine.
